The Manchester ClubThe Manchester Club, built in 1865, has the distinction of being the oldest surviving golf course not only in Jamaica but in the entire western hemisphere. Located near the popular resort town of Mandeville, the golf course offers a more secluded atmosphere while still being in close proximity to many other activities. The course sprawls out over 55 acres of rolling land that lies over 2,000 feet above sea level. Its dramatic elevation guarantees beautiful ocean views from many of the holes. The undulating terrain provides plenty of challenge in addition to the numerous sand traps and bunkers that are strategically placed throughout the Manchester Club layout.
