The golf course at Club Deportivo del Oeste is located on the west coast of Puerto Rico along hilly terrain that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. The undulating landscape causes difficult uneven lies that test even the most skilled golfers. With the first hole golfers are quickly introduced to the challenges of the course, many say that it is the most difficult opening hole on the island. Although Club Deportivo del Oeste is private, the golf course is open to the public daily. In addition to the course, there is a practice area as well as a putting green for golfers to use.
