The Championship is one of two 18-hole golf courses at the Trump International Golf Club, located less than half an hour from San Juan in the city of Rio Grande. Both courses are situated amongst lush tree groves and tropical vegetation. The Championship has a diverse landscape of mountains, ocean, and lakes, providing interesting terrain and scenery as well as challenging water hazards. There are also sand bunkers strategically placed throughout. The finishing hole, a 630-yard par-5, is the most difficult with a challenging water hazard and two fairway bunkers. Although the course offers a fair test, there are four sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels.

First Off: Is way too expensive for what they offer you. The worst part of the course is that they have a huge mosquito problem. The course is really basic and the grass is horrible. The service at the bar was really good but the prices are as high as a Miami Beach Club. The Club House is nice at first but the restaurant looks old and again, REALLY EXPENSIVE. Playing golf is not cheap but if I’m going to pay a big amount of money, at least I expect a great service and a well maintained course. The Golf cars looked like the MTV’s Jackass crew used them for various stunts, they where all smelly and broken. I was really disappointed with the Trump International Golf Club because when you hear “Trump” you expect quality and this was a cheap overpriced course with a big name. After this hell of a day we visit the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort and we loved it. The Course is spectacular, a lot of really famous celebrities have houses there near the course , the service is awesome and the golf cars have GPS. If you really want a perfect golfing experience , go to St. Regis…
